About Grumspot

A senior Shopify team, run by the people who started it

Three founders, a small senior crew, and a way of working you can follow from the first call to launch day. Here is who we are, how a project runs, and why brands pick us.

The founders

Grumspot was founded by Stan Peev, Delyan Peev and Tsvetan Dimitrov: a designer with twelve years of agency work behind him and two engineers with more than a decade each in e-commerce and fintech software. The rule the three of them built the company on is that the people who pitch a project are the people who build it.

So you talk to the team directly, you see the staging store as it comes together, and the person fixing a bug at nine in the morning is the person who wrote the code. The founders stay on every account from the first call to launch and after.

01How a project runs

Four steps, and you can see every one of them

  1. 01A 30-minute callWe look through your store before the call and come with questions about what is slowing it down, so the time goes on your store and not on a pitch.
  2. 02A written scope with a fixed priceWhat we will build, what it costs and when it starts, on one page. Most projects start within 3–5 business days of you saying yes.
  3. 03Build in the openA shared Slack channel, a staging store you can click through at any point, an update at least every 48 hours and a call every week.
  4. 04Launch, then stay closeWe launch, watch the first weeks of data and fix what the data says to fix. Most clients keep us on for the next thing.
